Seriously, though, this fic is just wonderful, hot and sexy and full of wonderful power games, but also so wonderfully full of character. All the little things about the staff, and Neville learning the ways of a Hogwarts professor and getting to know his teachers as people - all those things that fill the beginning are just as wonderful as the smoking hot sex that follows. And damn, is it hot. Gah, Neville's appreciation of Minerva's hair and body and equal appreciation of Pomona and her very different body, the corset and the ropes, the little details like the timer and the medieval desk and Minerva's wand being close enough for her to grab, and gah, Irma and the way she remains inscrutable throughout. She's utterly impenetrable where the other two are so richly human and characterised, and it works so very, very well.
And that ending. Gah. Pince looking right at him. I also, well, if his books were due at midnight, doesn't his fleeing make them late? *g*
