I've never read Bella/Draco before. It's not an aversion to het so much, since I do read stories with Luna and Hermione, but I just haven't... this however, really makes sense. I'll read most anything if the author makes it real, keeps the characters in character and fits it into canon somehow. And wow did you do that. This really would explain how Draco was able to be manipulated while seeing his father humiliated. It's an alternative to Draco/Snape during that year...lol.
Great job. I don't think that being Draco's aunt would be a problem at all for dear Bella. She'd do whatever she needed to whoever. Plus I do think the Malfoys have that sense of entitlement that she speaks of, it's why Malfoycest fics make more sense to me than Weasleycest. It seems like they would just assume the rules don't apply to them.
