This is reminding me of a fic I read, once, called "Dance Partners." But I suspec this has more to do with *compatible* couples in a beautiful dance, rather than the fic memory. ;)

Snape began moving slowly, leading the dance which had suddenly taken on a sensual quality....Snape wasn’t hissing commands, he was leading with his entire body =) Snape *would* lead, though, unlike Parvati, a girl, who would expect her man to. Does this mean that *Snape* is Harry's man, through and through? ;)
Their gazes locked and they continued moving, although not very energetically, until they were virtually swaying in place. Now *this* is my kind of dancing! (The only kind I can do, LOL!^^)

“Yes, but that one’s--” Draco turned to look at Snape and they had what seemed to be a silent conversation. I was expecting Draco to put Harry and Snape up in the same room, but Draco's way worked as well! :3
As he swung it open, Snape moved through, pulling Harry into his arms and kicking the connecting door closed with his foot. Nice image! It's like Snape is saying, 'Everything else stay away. I'm busy now.' :D
“Do you think I care about what you’re wearing?” I can answer that, I believe, but I'd rather just enjoy the way it sounded, coming out of Snape's mouth and traveling to Harry's ears. *melts into Christmas spirit of firelight and flickering warmth*
