- there is no such thing as 'too kinky'

It doesn't generally work for me either, as most of what I've recently seen in Snarry BDSM has been a primer on how to do 'it' safe and consensually, which is all fine and good, but too safe with never a chance to bend the envelope means 'boring' to me. One of the reasons I really hemmed and hawed about this prompt. Follow all the rules=boring, but step out of line=tsk tsking in reviews.

BUT I HAD TO DO EEET, so I figured what the hell, why not? When I saw your review, Lee, I heaved a sigh of relief, because if you liked it, I knew I'd done all right. You got some of the subtle stuff I tried to do, like would anyone realize that Snape didn't have this all planned out, and was following Harry's lead, so to speak, and that he's the one who knows what he's doing, and for now he doesn't care that Harry doesn't.

Thanks for understanding what I did with the safe word; not everyone did. And the club scene was influenced by repeated watching of QaF and its Babylon club. :)

Really was able to relax and just enjoy the rest of the month after this was posted, in large part because of you. Thanks so much for taking a chance on it being Snarry. I might try it again sometime. :) The dynamics have so much potential.
