This story is beautiful and heartbreaking. The art is absolutely gorgeous and so captures the characters and emotions of the story.
The light hearted bits juxtapose very nicely with the increasing emotions as the story progresses. Sirius knows himself so very well. He'll brave anything but the chance of risking his heart. And it's not even Remus that he distrusts, but himself. (His upbringing gave him such a mixture of arrogance and insecurity.)
Sirius has left his relationship with Remus fractured and I can see this leading into the mistrust that builds between them which allows the tragedy of the Potters' betrayal and Sirius' stint in Azkaban.

Great job!
