Wow--thank you! This is beyond kind of you; I feel as if I've won a fanfic lottery. I'm glad you've been pleased by the comments; I sometimes think I might go overboard. But I know that as a writer, I like to receive reviews with some specifics, so when I'm really taken with a story, I quite enjoy explaining why.
Promptiness: well, something with Minerva, definitely. I think I've read every Minerva story you've written and been impressed by them all. My favorite people to pair her with are (in no particular order) Snape, Hooch, Moody, and Grubbly-Plank, but really, I'm easy. I'm all for polyamorous Min. So any Minerva pair would be lovely (well, except Sybill, and maybe not Hagrid). IC-ness (on some level) is what matters most to me. And "angsty and hot" is good. Not fond of de-aging or total crack!fic. Would you prefer more specificity -- an actual scenario, perhaps? Or is this enough?
I was a bit worried it might be too purple
Well, that's the beauty of it, you see -- it is purple, just not "too." The entire Voldemort story is purple, if you ask me. The trick is in reflecting that hue accurately and deliberately, so that it's a canon shade of purple (as in this line) instead of an "oops, I dropped the tube of puce paint and now it's squirted all over the place" sort of purple. If that makes any sense.

Good luck with the editor, and again, THANK YOU.
