Aww, hon, I'm sorry. My friends who have guys involved with mine live in Canada and New Jersey so I totally understand<3 We visit when we can but I dream of the day we all live round the corner from each other and can just hang out whenever :/
It was one of the extraordinary things about finding your fic, really, to see someone else writing Blaise with a Lucius, because it's not the sort of pairing people just think of automatically - Blaise/Draco, yes, and Blaise/Pansy and apparently according to the horde of ff.net also Blaise/Hermione (why would. anyway) and Blaise/Ginny (I don't even. she'd just kick him in the face :x) but Lucius just isn't an obvious choice, but they work so well together, somehow. not necessarily in a very sane way. but it does work. anyway~
As long as you wait until you're in a good place & find somewhere safe to do stuff, then, you know, totally go for it if it feels right, I just wouldn't wish anything that happened to me on anyone<3 But the scene in other countries is weirdly a lot more regulated than it is here, you're much more likely to be able to find a genuinely safe space in, say, the US or Germany or Holland than you are in England for some reason.
