Oh, I'm so glad you said that, that's exactly the thought process I was trying to kick-start. :) I do tend to think that she had some ... ahem, experiences ... with dear Tom, but I also think there is much, much Ginny/Twins (notice that she was the one pushing the butterbeer ... and conclude if desired :p). And the idea of her using that knowledge she acquired from less-than-absolutely wonderful sources to draw Percy back into the circle of family trust and mutual dependence in a way he just might be receptive to, and claiming and being conscious of her own (considerable) sexual authority -- that appealed to me quite a bit as I was planning.
