(I'm curious to know why, actually, if you wouldn't mind me asking? Is it just a 'meh' sort of thing - that Snapledore doesn't really float your boat - or more of an active dislike?)
It's more of an active dislike, although I'm not sure where it comes from... It's not exactly as if I object to Dumbledore slash or anything. *g*

Although thinking about it, I dislike a lot of the popular Snape pairings: Snape/Lupin, Snape/Hermione, Snape/Harry, etc. Snape/Lucius isn't bad (I wrote it for my first fic exchange), but it interferes with Lucius/Narcissa, which I rather like... Otherwise, Snape/anybody tends to leave me cold.

I guess I'm just so fond of Snape as a lonely and bitter character that I don't really ship him with anybody except Luna, who is also an oddball in many ways and probably the character who's most capable of dealing with his less-than-pleasant sides... In my head, Dumbledore and Snape just aren't interested in each other that way -- but that's not to say I can't appreciate a well-done fic about the pairing, of course.
