That's the major story I was referring to in the header, about writing stuff lately that overturned werewolf sex cliches. And I still like to do that. But I thought it would be fun to immerse myself in the universe of the cliches one more time... :)
I like giving Bill and Fleur an unconventional relationship in fic, so yay, I'm glad that worked for you here, and you liked Fleur. She is always a lot of fun to write.
The werewolf facility, yes, that was interesting to explore. Definitely not something you see much of in canon, the negative side to the wizarding world, but I agree with you: if not unwanted werewolf relatives, then Squib relatives or the like. *shudder* I can definitely see it happening. :(
And I'm glad Lava Girl worked for you! She was fun, too, and I thought, "Hey! We haven't seen a single female werewolf in canon!" So I thought that would be a fun motif to play with, the guys discovering there are chick werewolves. ;)
