I have NO WORDS for how much I loved this. I mean, I'll do my best, but trust me, it doesn't even begin to cover it.
I'm so impressed with the feminism in this story: the way the world around them is terrified of a woman who's sexually powerful (and in the case of Lavender's parents and the institution, women who are sexual at all), Lavender's struggle against it and her triumph, Fleur's determination to control the boundaries of her marriage (and how much do I love that they have a healthy open relationship?). Gah. So great.
I loved the way Lavender and Lava Girl blended together. I loved the werewolf OCs. I loved Fleur, I loved Bill, and OMG the sex all over the house and on the kitchen table. Damn. And the ending was amazing, too.
