You know, for something that was originally inspired by akatnamedeaster luscious Sirius/Snape/James art post here http://asylums.insanejournal.com/daily_deviant/134230.html, this ended up being a lot darker than I originally intended. I planned to write something hotter and happier, but once the subtext hydra reared its many heads, I think I sort of got hijacked.
It's funny -- reading it again, they really do behave dreadfully, but while I was writing it, I mostly just felt sorry for them. (Except for James, of course, who is just a pill.)
