Thanks SH! It's a subtractive and additive technique from a piece of scanned parchment - the colors are added above or below the parchment layer on adjustment levels to get that effect. It's pretty spiffy. I've been messing around with it for ages, but haven't really had a chance to give it a try on a "serious" piece of work yet. XD It's really fun though!
