Scorpius's letters are so charmingly adolescent (if I'm being honest, my love letters at that age were probably about as flowery...) and it makes sense that they'd speak to Ginny when she's at this vulnerable point. Having to accept that marriage to her school sweetheart didn't work, maybe part of her wants to go back to that young age, when she was still idealistic, and do things over again.
