Art: Don't, R?

Title: Don't
Artist: [info]ships_harry
Media: Photoshop, tablet
Characters: Bill Weasley, Harry Potter
Rating: R
Warnings: See theme. Also, large file size (400k) for no reason I can ken. Harry looks young here, but he isn't; Bill's scars and their lack of canon interaction make Harry, at the *very* least, 17. I'm assuming over 18 but not allowed body hair :p.
Themes/kinks chosen: Suturing
Artist's notes: You know how sometimes you get an idea, and it just doesn't come through in the execution? Yeah. I have such a hate-on for this picture. I liked it more after massive cropping and filtering, but it still sucks balls (I cropped those out). Those are their cocks in the foreground, incidentally, in case the lack of a point of reference makes that hard to tell.

Wow-that's like docking in the extreme. Does Harry have piercings with Bill's initials? *g* I like the way you've framed it, the large hands in the foreground, Harry's body at the same angle as his cock.

Yeah, those are Bill's initials - I quite like the idea of Bill having a little pet Harry :).

Can I just say OW!!!!!!!!

Yup! None of the themes, not the alternative pairing, were particularly resonating with me this month.

Ouch ouch! But this is hot. I love the fact that we can only see Harry's face. It somehow adds to the tension. Lovely job!

I think Bill's chin may be the only bit I like :-/. Not because it's a particularly good chin, but because of the framing and that his expression can only be imagined.

But, hey, thanks for the "hot" adjective! I have to admit I kinda like the concept :).

Harry's expression sums it all up, doesn't it?
Eeeeeeeeeek!

29th September 2008 02:56
Hee! Yes, that's about right.

*wince wince wince*

FUCKING OUCH!

Sorry. I know I'm supposed to come up with something witty and complimentary here, but it's rather hard to type when I'm curled up in the fetal position with one hand guarding my non-existent male bits.

ouch ouch ouch

thank you for saying what I couldn't!

Not entirely sure there's a non-ouchy way to approach that theme.

Nah, don't worry about witty and complementary - I don't care for the picture, myself.

Ah, yeah, the halftoning may have something to do with the file size. It's essentially a very complex pattern with lots of fiddly edges, you know? I like the "comic book panel" effect though, good choice of filter.

Oh, that is fascinating! Great pic! (While I really don't want Harry to be anyone's pet, I am so fascinated by this theme that I had to look.)

using the halftone effect adds a level of unreality which helps deliver the ouchy subject. reminiscent of Lichtenstien... imagine it billboard size!
