Whilst working with the Team (way to make the bread happen, ladies), I ran across an issue of Popular Mechanics. It wasn't something I necessarily thought to find in Atlantis of all places. Fitz always managed to find an issue and give it a thorough scouring so he could rake the commentators over the coals. I may not ever see him again here and I'm quite through with feeling sad about it.

I'm going to read this magazine and then I'm going to make a mound of grilled cheese sandwiches. You're welcome to one of you'd like.

it's a birthday carnival!
Heart Clubhouse Holodeck | TBD/Low
Thanks to the holodeck in the heart clubhouse, a little carnival was set up to celebrate Daisy's birthday with a little silly fun! There were games and a few rides, including a ferris wheel and some bumper cars. Real food was brought in for the occasion, but these are star trek style holodecks and everything smelled and felt very real!

All of Daisy's friends were invited. Feel free to assume! MCU cast, tech depart, past and present roommates and anyone random she's talked to can definitely be assumed to have been included in this!

I know there's a training center and a Danger Room but I'm not interested in being contained by walls or the eyes of the trainers. If you would like to have it out (try your hand at some full-force one on one) I will be on the beach tomorrow morning.

Atlantis has festivals for every damn thing, doesn't it? Never been to a sunglasses festival before, but now I'm walking away with a dozen new pairs. Even branched out and got some that aren't just black. I'm really livin' now.

When one is on covert mission, it seems that one misses many comings and goings in Atlantis. I'm glad to see that we've all been safely returned and that departur ...

The name is Jemma FitzSimmons. I'm a former S.H.I.E.L.D (insomuch as there is no organisation by that name here) agent and a current field agent in Atlantis. I've got a few degrees to my name and all the more curiosity but my specialty is bio-chemistry. My favourite James Bond character is Q and I like my eggs poached.

Everyone should be able to switch away from the arena now. We finally figured out how to turn off the feed to every device. That doesn't mean you can't watch if you want to or need to, but you can turn it off now.

I'm so sorry it took so long.

I am going to -

MAGIC/TECH/ENG
I think we need to take a different direction on getting the screens turned off. There seems to be some kind of puzzle to it and when we get one move wrong we start back to the start again.

Can I get teams of two, one magic, one tech to work on parts of the puzzle? I'll give you more info, but who wants in on this part. I just need 3 teams, so 6 people.

I know some of you are working on tracking the signal right now and don't want to take you off of that, but I'd love to get it off all the screens.

Morale’s been low lately, so I was thinking. We up for a barbecue? Weather’s been getting better, and I’m sure we can find a grill to fire up. I feel like this must be some kind of joke, right? Ha ha, this is hilarious?

I'm Carol. This whole thing is a little weird, and the exact opposite of being in space. But kind of similar? I feel like maybe I came at a wrong time. People seem to be really upset.
