So let's recap this month for me, shall we? It's been one hell of a ride since I got here, but this one just takes the cake. It's Halloween's month, so of course, there's all those decorations. I spent most of it on a mission that had me trapped in a damned garden. Come back and all of a sudden I'm urgently in need to study all the maps in Atlantis (not that that's necessarily a bad thing, considering it's good to know the ins and outs of where you live). Immediately the next day there's the urge to make pasta. Nothing else. Just pasta. All the freaking pasta.

I come back to find Sam and Castiel gone, as well as James. So there's literally just me now.

And then to top it all off, I get caught up in a maze today... A freaking maze. Where the hell does Atlantis come up with this stuff and why does it feel like I'm being targeted this month?

I need a beer. Where the hell are Kara and James when I need them?

Saturday night! I'm sure there's something to do besides braving Open Mic night.

I know I wasn't Kelly's favorite person, but I want you to know I'm here for you if you need anything at all.

So, since I've gotten here, I've seen some pretty interesting posts on this network you guys have set up. People stuck making pasta... people tasting nothing but candy... and today... people stuck in a maze?? Tell me, is this kind of shit the norm around here?? Should I be expecting to wake up with a pumpkin for a head sometime this month or something?

So... who's the go to for selling stuff around this place??

This place is like a revolving door, I swear. People coming and going so fast it's enough to make a person's head spin. I didn't know anyone who left this time but shit... I feel bad for whoever they were connected to. Leaving one set of people when you're here is one thing, but to have people you know and love and make connections with constantly coming and going... that must suck.

Beer's on me tonight. At least... the first one.

This whole thing this month has been crazy. The base is in an uproar and there are still floors to go through and clean up. It seems like every time we hit a new floor, something different goes a little crazy. I've been exhausted every night.

I might have to check out the spa I keep hearing about. See what they have to offer. Any good reviews on it??
