I had such a vivid dream last night, it felt like I'd traveled to another universe. Oddly enough, in my dream I was myself, but I'd become Sorcerer Supreme. I was interacting with people, some of which I recognized from here, and some people whose names were similar, but looked entirely different.

So, don't be a stranger, pretty hero boy. Come to think of it, I'll miss having you in the same room. I can do the being by myself thing, but not something I'd choose to do, personally. Who's the lucky guy or girl who gets to room with you this time around?

The idea of this network is baffling yet simple at its best. It is a means by which people can communicate openly or secretly as they see fit. It is both rewarding and alarming at the very same time. I have been debating whether or not I should utilize it as a resource or as a means of communication. Therefore, I have chosen to settle for both for the mean while. In this instance, I will utilize it as a resource.

My role here is to serve as a scientist, though lately I have been serving as an officer of Starfleet. I have been serving as such as a bodyguard for my Captain and those who seem most important in my life and will continue to do so until my assistance is no longer necessary. It has given me plenty of time to observe the ways of life here. We have no understanding of the thing that brought us all here, other than some magical coin that we all seemed drawn to. We have all agreed to fight in this war, as I have, as well. I would not change my decision.

However, I, for one, am curious to understand the logic of this world. A world where we can be uprooted overnight, where even those who are light of sleep such as I were not woken by the movement. How is it that some of us are chosen to fight in a battle whereas others are not, yet we all agreed to sign up for this war?

Has anyone else given any thought to the force behind all of us being here and what might happen?

I guess we're roomies, but hey, there's all this space now so that's not likely to be too terrible.

I'm Buffy, cause I don't think we met before, and I promise not to be too annoying, and since we each have our own bathroom I won't even take up all the time in the bathroom. So there's that. Anyway, is there anything I should know, or weird quirks you don't like, like country music or something like that? Cause I'll try to be respectful, and cool and all.

I didn't mind the room swap, especially since now I'm rooming with one of my best friends. But being woken up by an excited four year old literally leaping on top of me was definitely a shock.

So yes, Captain Jack's now rooming with the Cooper girls over in Tower Two.

I approve of this new flat swapping incident! My new flatmate is infinitely more interesting than the last one. The constant clown make-up is a little odd, but whatever. They do worse over on Phobigian Delta.

Thank you to those of you who sent me gifts today. I didn't expect any of that.

And my new roommate is a young man. I haven't asked him how old he is but he is young enough that I think many would call him a boy. It is a little strange and also awkward to be sharing a room with a man I do not know.

I would question the point in moving us to a different room, but I'm glad to still be with Molly and it's nice to have the extra space, so I can't complain much.
