I'm sure it's no fault of my own, but it appears all of my roommates have left Atlantis for one reason or another. I'm assuming it's against Atlantis housing rules to request a transfer? Because there's room enough here for all three of us, plus one should d'Artagnan ever join us (this is, of course, assuming he and Constance can share a room).

I suppose they prefer to keep us all mingled for social purposes, however.

You are both well? I'm also re-teaching myself to cook, which is something I haven't had much use for since I joined up. If you're interested, I'm making beef bourguignon this evening. It's a recipe I learned from the house chef in a past life.

Any Atlantean whiskey recommendations? Go ahead. Knock my socks off.

My name is Victor Vale, and I'll be working as an anesthesiologist. My knowledge on the subject is primarily based in experience, as my EO (ExtraOrdinary ability) is the production and/or the removal of pain. I wouldn't presume to change your process, but as my ability isn't based on administration of drugs or spellwork, I suggest we evaluate the patients' needs for pain-removal and work on a sliding scale. If they're improved with Tylenol and a pat on the head, fine, but if they're suffering from a source of pain more complex and/or acute, that would be the ideal place for me to step in.

Incidentally, I'm using this opportunity to complete my medical degree. I'll need some time to catch up on any advances made while I was in prison, as well as any knowledge unique to Atlantis. I appreciate any guidance/suggestions you may have to expedite this process.

In honor of actually making it to my 29th birthday, something I didn't think was actually going to happen for a while there, I'm heading to Dive after work to get really, really drunk. If anyone wants to join me, feel free. Just don't expect me to buy your drinks. It's my birthday, after all.

I should be disturbed that Atlantis knew about this news before we officially announced it, but I can’t be disappointed by the large gift basket or the gift of a house we do not have to share with anyone else. I believe our former roommates will be thankful, as well, that they will not have to endure our honeymoon phase.

For those we have not managed to tell, yet, I’m happy to officially announce that I’ve asked Mara to marry me and she has said yes.

I have spent the last six hours trying to get rid of a costume that I woke up in. Six hours. Every ritual, every magic spell I could think of, every book I had from the library. Nothing. You know what worked? Eating bittersweet baking chips out of the refrigerator in frustration. The hell is wrong with you, Atlantis.

Howdy folks. The name's Jesse McCree. Lotta people just call me McCree on account of them being military or sticks in the mud (or both), but it's grown on me, so I don't mind none. It looks like I'll be a field agent around these parts so if any nice fella or lady wants to show me the ropes around the training area, that be mighty kind. I'm good with a gun and sneakier than I look, but the boss is a real tightass about training so I'll probably have to take every damn class you got, optional or otherwise.

I thought this would be over by now! At least I got to be human for the bonfire but it didn't last long enough. I hope my body isn't doing anything illegal or insane. At least I/she/we? comes to take me to the bathroom. Apparently my dog is responsible. I suppose that's a good thing.
