Since we have a little down time before we head out again, I wanted to talk to you about something I've been thinking about since we got out here.
I don't know a lot about your future, but I know you guys were involved in a lot more direct action than what we've been used to while working at the base. Before I showed up here, that's pretty much what my life had been like for a while too, and I miss it.
What do you think about doing a monthly or bimonthly round of Capture the Flag or some other sort of team building exercise out in the woods for several days with the team leaders? We could open it up every once in a while too for other agents, but since we already have each individual team working together on a regular basis, I like the idea of bringing in the team leads for an exercise too. We've done some of this before but it's never been on a regular basis.
Getting out of the main city, disconnecting, and fending for ourselves out there I think could be beneficial too. Plus, it gives us something to do besides paperwork and sitting a behind desk.
We can talk to Becker and Sharon about it sometime after we get back, but you think you might be game?
