Can someone please tell me what these hideousily bright pink birds are that are all over and why they look the way they do? Is this a part of the "Pride" I see being mentioned?

I made a large batch of herbal tea-- it has lemon balm, valerian root and passionflower. It's sweetened with orange blossom honey.

Shrinking people down to action figure size and getting them chased around by a freaking dinosaur? Not cool.

What the hell is this place anyway? Who’s in charge here? Crazy people, that’s who. Anybody else feel like they’re being watched right now or is that just me.

Okay, it is really messing with my mind here. French fries should not taste like strawberries. I guess it could be worse though...

I like strawberries as much as the next person, but there are just some things that absolutely should not be strawberry flavored. This especially includes bacon.

Somebody come and eat all this pie I have left over.

I regret every single carb loaded plate I baked and ate yesterday.

I felt compelled to bake today. So, I now have a ton of purple cupcakes, and I know I can't eat them all by myself. If anyone wants some, come by and take some!

It's literally raining flowers outside for some reason (yes, I know, this place does weird stuff, etc) and now everything's covered in a copious amount of pollen. So that's great.

Okay, who stole all of my socks?

I think the mail courier mistakenly put concert tickets for tomorrow in my postbox this morning. Am I meant to actually care about the New Kids on the Block? I thought they'd all have retired or died by now.

I have to admit, this place keeps even me on my toes.

I was thinking about Maximus the other day, so I'm not sure if this is to make me feel better or what, but I feel like I should thank the magic powers out there anyway.

I just have one small, teeny tiny, unimportant complaint...

I have no idea how to ride this thing.

Roughly half of the crew of the Enterprise have disappeared. Simultaneously, residents of San Francisco have suddenly found themselves here. Let me be the first to welcome you to the U.S.S. In honor of this most auspicious day, I insist each one of you acquire one of the high quality books being handed out today!

So while I was eating the copious amounts of cereal that came pouring out of my cupboards, I got to thinking that it might be time to figure out what to do here. Work-wise, I mean. Which...is probably going to be difficult considering the only jobs I've ever had were runaway teenage waitress, working at a burger place that...we won't get into what happened there, and school counselor which I was already way under-qualified for.

I went through this before back home and it wasn't fun but there were also three idiots making my life a living hell at that point so maybe I shouldn't base all job searches on that. Uh, special skills include kicking butt, super strength, and ability to use weapons? Oh, and the wit. Can't forget to add "witty" to the resume.

Anyone have any ideas?
