I have been here long enough to see times like these, where a larger group arrives or returns all at once. It does not make anything easier, it will likely never get any more easy to deal with when we lose loved ones.

But now is a time for support. Ask for it, provide it, whatever you need or are able to do. Check on your neighbors, "our people" or otherwise. The smallest offering can make a world of difference in times like these. We are in this together.

Dinner date with my hubby. I absolutely love his goofiness. It is definitely one of his many attributes that made me fall so hard so fast.

I need someone to settle a ... well, I wouldn't say debate, because that would imply I was wrong... but a conversation that was had.

I had some friends from school over for a little bit, and I went ahead and went to walmart and pick up a take and bake meal to eat (it was beef and broccoli with white rice). So, it said to cook the beef and broccoli in a half cup of water.

I put the water in the pan, and then I seasoned it.

Bro literally asked me why I was seasoning the water. Do people really just cook without seasoning things?

I've seen my lola cook. I've seen May cook. We're out here seasoning everything.


And then he said we should have just ordered sushi like someone on tiktok.

If I try to go home, back to New York, will it be for nothing? Will I just wake up here again?

Anyone else have a day where it just hits you all of a sudden that you don’t know if you’ll ever see the people that were once your world ever again? I’m not dealing with it well today.

I'm having the best time working with the kids at the community center. Thanks so much for the opportunity, C! There's this one little guy, who is the best mini Z I've seen. He even asked his Mom for a green flash in his hair. I'm thinking if the whole NHL thing doesn't happen, then working with the next generation is something I'd like to do.

Oh, this is really something. Hi everyone, I'm Kara. Has this really been going on for years? I'm not even sure what Earth this is.

Did anyone else find some of the clothing from last week in their wardrobe? I'm not sure where I'll have the opportunity to wear it, but I can't say I'm upset over it. I liked that dress.

I fucking love my husband. He is so incredible! Yesterday was our wedding anniversary and what an amazing day it was!! It started with… well, I’ll keep that part private, but let’s just say what a way to wake up. Then he made me an incredible breakfast—French toast with strawberries, hash browns and scrambled eggs. Then gifts were exchanged. Also, I need to say thank you to Alex for vacating the apartment for the entire 24-hrs so we could have the place to ourselves. We never left the apartment and honestly the best part of the whole thing was that we just got to be alone with no interruptions or distractions. It was a perfect relaxing day that ended with a romantic dinner—New York Strip steak with a baked potato and asparagus with the room dimmed and candles glowing.

Baby, it was a perfect day! Thank you so much. I love you! ❤️

Seriously!? TK, did he take ALL of my socks this time?? Damn lizard!

This damn lizard just will not leave my socks alone. I am always finding them in his window bed. And it’s only my socks. Never TK’s. Nope. Just mine! Weird ass lizard. He loves them more though when they are on my feet. Can’t tell ya how many times I’ve woken up from a nap to him cuddled up on my feet.

I'm very glad to have my furry son. Maybe this place isn't so bad. I definitely feel better being back on Earth, even if some aspects of space were pretty cool too.

The masks yesterday made me want king cake and so I was going to make king cake pan flaps but the Internet says I need the tiny baby first.

Also, who wants panflaps for dinner?
