I was wondering if you might be interested in learning about xenobiology. I'm thinking of putting together a presentation of some sort for the rest of the staff, but thought you might appreciate a one-on-one session. It's a fascinating area!

Do we have anyone with any kind of retail management experience who might be looking for work? I am also (ugh) willing to train a willing candidate with solid availability. I've got this entire shop just sitting there empty and it deserves better than that. It wasn't exactly our dream, but Christine and I did build it together and I'd like to be able to honor that. I've just never exactly been good with customer service.

Full benefits, higher pay than you'll find almost anywhere in the city. Some knowledge of Eastern medicine and herbal remedies would be great but a willingness to learn is the only real requirement.

So...my birthday was on Monday. I guess I'm seventeen now? I'm not sure quite how it works here, but I was almost seventeen back home, so I'm going to count it.

As a birthday treat to myself, I've gotten everything regarding my medical license squared away and have been officially cleared to practice medicine again! I would have done it sooner, but honestly, I was just settling in and adjusting to well...everytihng here. Also, not sure if the pink butterfly wings that I ended up with would have gotten in the way if I had to like, perform surgery or something.

I'm also really excited at looking forward to learning how to treat people with superpowers and different kinds of biology. I'm all for expanding my horizons. If anyone knows of any studies that have been done, definitely point me that direction. I love reading about different kinds of medical advancements and studies.

Also, I'd like to make some more friends, so if anyone was interested, I was thinking of maybe doing a late-ish birthday celebration and doing mini golf or bowling this weekend? Just something fun and casual.

So, Valentine's Day and I have a love/hate relationship. I love the sugar but I generally hate mass market holidays. Anyhow, I hope if you all celebrated, you had a good one.

There's someone new here. Her name is Diana and she's pretty new to doing magic. Apparently she's got this whole Light vs Dark thing going on in her and she has a hard time controlling the Dark part and I was kind of wondering if maybe you had any advice for her or if there was anything you could do to help her or anything and you obviously don't have to, especially if it's like triggering or anything but if you could or if you know anything that might help her, that'd be really cool.

When I told the General I was leaving UNIT because I needed a change this wasn't what I had in mind. The Liaison Officer may have called this a portal, but it seems more like a rift in time and space; there's one like it in Cardiff back home. Every so often things (and occasionally people) would fall through. Interesting though... I suppose it makes sense that if this happens on our Earth that it would happen on alternate ones. Though alternate Earths are a little new. Still, I've dealt with worse; heard the Bay Area is normally nice this time of year - snow aside. Suppose that this is just another adventure.
