Alright, I’ve slept on it. You know moving is really exhausting, and I’d kind of just got done moving into a place. Or I thought I was, before getting zapped here yesterday. But this time the moving didn’t come with any of my stuff or my cat, so I’m pretty annoyed about that.

I have been here long enough to see times like these, where a larger group arrives or returns all at once. It does not make anything easier, it will likely never get any more easy to deal with when we lose loved ones.

But now is a time for support. Ask for it, provide it, whatever you need or are able to do. Check on your neighbors, "our people" or otherwise. The smallest offering can make a world of difference in times like these. We are in this together.

Not sure if I ever mentioned this before and I honestly lost track of what day it even was but today just so happens to be my birthday. Now, I'm not looking for a fuss here, but I was wondering if you might wanna do something with me for it. I have zero ideas, mind you, my birthday is usually just another day of the week to me.

We could get dinner or something though, maybe? Cake.

I have to admit, this place keeps even me on my toes.
