It's kind of annoying to have to rebuy all my clothing when I get back.

But here we are again. I remember being here before, back in February, but I'm told I was here until just a few days ago.

That is missing from my memory.

This is probably the strangest thing to happen to me since the sword fight with Maximus. Which sounds perfectly normal until you find out that Maximus is a horse.

Some of my students are complaining about the substitute history teacher. Something about their voice being so monotone that they fall asleep no matter how many Monsters they slam.

If anyone is interested in a day job as a high school history teacher, I'm sure Angie can doctor some degrees and pull the same strings she pulled to get me my position. Bonus points if you can tell a factual story without putting teenagers to sleep.

At least I can say my jacket (pictured below) got this way decades ago, and not as a result of hopping around the city with my Poke-crew. Anyone know someone who can work with vintage leather?

I don't know why I expected this one to be any different.

I'm grateful America is back, I honestly am. But I can't say I ever saw myself doing the single dad thing. I guess I should pretend I'm glad there's only one of them now.

I have questions. I would rather these questions not be addressed in public view as it may compromise both myself, and this peacemaking force that I believe myself part of. There are secrets about, and I am in the need and want to get all of us on the same place.

That said, I would like us to meet on the Building's Rooftop. There I will have the answers that I wish.

So, I know we've been training and a lot of us have tried organizing before, but Steve's Stark and I have an idea.

Most of you are familiar with the Avengers, some of you might not be. Either way, with everything that happens around here, we figured it wouldn't be the worst idea to team up again and meet regularly to be more prepared for the kind of crap we've been seeing over the years.

Meetings are in Tony's lab on Saturdays. Everyone is welcome (though if you're under 18, we will have a few ground rules).

No pressure for anyone who wants to stay out of this, either. I know some of you have long since retired from the 'superhero' gig, and that's completely okay. You deserve a break. This is just about keeping everyone safe and being prepared the next time birds, lizards, or aliens attack. Or maybe giant jello creatures- I have no idea what's coming.

About time those goddamn birds cleared out.

Sam would have had a field day with it, but it probably would have made it easier for all of us to have him around. I miss that idiot.

Anyway, now that the air is clear, anyone interested I joining me for a morning run? I realize I'm getting out of shape in my old age and it's about time I did something about it.

I patrolled through the night and early morning. No signs of the birds. I believe we are through the worst of it.

Everyone should really just be staying indoors as much as possible.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to be just a little guy when birds are the enemy?

If you see ants in your apartments please don't spray or otherwise do the whole pest control thing. They're trying to hide and I can't corral everyone where they can't be seen indoors. No one is asking for you to tip-toe everywhere, I just promise it's not an infestation.
