Why won't these doctors prescribe me tequila? I'm fine. Just a couple bumps, bruises, and uh -- someone else is doing laps training for the next week few weeks.
If there are picnics beneath this trees boughs, ensure that you pick up after yourself because when the rain comes the water that seeps into its roots is laced with the stench of people (and you should pick up your trash - that's from me). Trees can speak to one another through a complex web of fungi that connect their roots to one another and they talk about us when we're scurrying about. They think it's funny when the breezes ruffle our hair and make us look unkempt. They hope for rain and suggest we get stronger umbrellas or better yet, raincoats.

There is a good part of me that hopes COS is watching.
Just as a reminder - I'm still running the support groups, three times a week, and I don't plan on that stopping any time soon. I know opening up in front of a group of people can be intimidating, but it's perfectly all right if you come to listen for a bit, too. No pressure.
