I did not wish to speak of it too soon, for fear that it was a cruel trick or perhaps even a dream. Or perhaps it had something to do with Valkyrie's gift? But the magic of this place has returned something to me that I thought I would never see again. But it has been nearly two days and I still have it with me.

Mjolnir has been returned to me. Luckily, I am proficient with dual-wielding, but having the means to channel my abilities so thoroughly is an interesting feeling. It also feels as if a part of me has been returned. Perhaps I am Thor, God of Hammers (though yes, Stormbreaker is also an ax).

You'll have to pardon the enthusiasm, but I've had a chance to get my bearings in this world and I've a lot of questions about some of these Muggle devices. I thought I'd gotten a good grasp on things, but Atlantis certainly has pulled the stops on new inventions. What a brilliant place this is!

I was talking with Emmeline the other day and, given we've got a lot of folks with magic and we're more or less separated into 4 separate 'houses' ... what do you lot saying to getting an intramural Quidditch league going? We can make it safe, spell the brooms, build the Pitch if needed, and get all involved.

That way, I get to see you all more often too. Your options for this proposition are Yes/Yes.

It's good to know the voices have stopped. Well, most of them -- I stil hear my usual voices, but at least people aren't in my head. That's nice.

I do remember saying I'd like a vacation somewhere soon, but I expected to have enough warning to pack, and I expected to have my family with me. I'm told some of them are here now, and that had better be the truth! Charlie, Ginny, where are you? Harry? I don't believe half of this!

With Leo leaving again I invited my siblings and Delilah over for dinner, if they come there will be more than enough food, we just might not be good company.

Skipping school/work today to have a party in the snow. All bears invited. People can come too if they bring us more cheeseburgers, we're out.

Oh and there's an adoption event tomorrow at the Animal Shelter, and you can't adopt a bear but you can adopt a cute little guy like Button, so you should do that. We have puppies, dogs, cats, kittens, birds, snakes and a hamster, so you can join in on swapping with your pet next time Atlantis pulls that shit.

I feel like I owe everybody an apology for acting like a total twat over Halloween. (Also, no comments on how I act like a total twat anyway, thank you.) I just really hate Halloween and I'm glad it's over.

Also, I keep knocking things over today. Did that animal-person swap thing completely wear off? It's like I'm a cat with the urge to just knock things off of tables at random.

Now that everyone is back to being themselves and not their pets, I thought I would introduce you to my new flatmate. This is Chaplin I got him last week but I forgot to post his picture. He's six months old they tell me and so far he's behaving and clawing things. Probably because the first thing they told me to do was buy a scratching post.

Um also apparently I need to take off work again to babysit a bunch of pets, a number of which might or might not be people. If anyone would like to come over and sedate a puppy stuck in a grown ass man's body so he'll stop trying to smell, bite and lay on me that'd be nice.

Soooo like, I've never been to a dance. Ever. My parents were never around when I was little for the father-daughter things my school did and then I just wasn't in school at all after that and I've never even been on a date or school function and the more I write this, the more lame I sound, great.
