I found a few old magical archives that I think could be of some use. I made copies of what we have so far, so I might be stuck in a room for a while.

Today I found a piece of paper by my bedside telling me I've been naughty. Who do I go for an appeal on this verdict?

Probably not a bad idea to get back to work around here. I've been working on a rocket. Anyone interested, you know where to find me. Yeah, an actual rocket that might get me into space one day. I've done it before on way less. I'm just tired of not having anything to do around here and video games just aren't cutting it.

Maybe I should just focus on building a rocket or something here.

As grim as home is, I'm starting to think maybe it might be a better choice. I'm tired of losing people I care about here.

Is this normal? Massive groups of people up and leave, leaving teams incomplete?

So, verdict: flying on a broom is about 80% as epic as walking in space. Second best decision I've ever made. Besides taking that space walk on the last mission.

So anyone from space, any time you need someone for whatever reason to go back into space, I'm your girl.

It's working for now. Taking my mind off things. Off James, primarily. I know he's gone and it happened and that it could happen, but it's not easy to lose someone even now. Guess I got too much hope up. Space and flying are both distractions that I welcome.

Well, it's not space, but damn if flying isn't a close second. I almost feel normal again. Do we have to go back to regular Atlantis?

So verdict? I absolutely loved space. I didn't realize how much I missed it until I was back up on a spaceship. When I'm up there, I'm absolutely home, and nothing else really matters. And if I could get back up there again, I would in a heartbeat.

I've dropped off some long range communicators Daisy and I have been playing with over the past few months, they might come in useful for the mission.

Today at 1400 hours, we intercepted a distress call from the Enterprise NX-01. Further investigation has revealed that they were pulled to this world by an unknown force and are under attack by COS. She's won her first battle, but just barely and they need our help.

Carter, you're leading the Atlantis teams going up. Andor, I want you as her second. I'd like both of you to meet me at command in 30 minutes so I can brief you on what to expect and we can talk strategy.

The rest of you, the shuttle leaves at 1600 hours.

If there are any questions, now would be a good time.

For what it's worth, I'm sorry that James is gone. He was a good kid. Is a good kid. I, um. I don't know if he ever mentioned me or not. I'm Raven Reyes. I, we...were kind of, sort of dating?

So, what is it with this world and a lack of modern technology? And a shower. I enjoy being on these missions to help out, but I'm really missing those comforts of Atlantis right about now.

So these guys got clever. They have these flare guns that give off different colored smoke to alert them when they are on missions of shit going wrong. I think we can improve on that. If it rains, they're basically useless.

Looks like I'm pegged for this mission. Should be interesting.
