Do I need to remind people not to go out at night, right now? Be careful in the day, too. If anybody has to be somewhere and you know you're not physically strong enough to fight off an attacker, ask somebody to walk you to your door. Anne was one of the recently attacked - they were bold enough to go after her during the day, though it was indoors.

She's stable and I've got the wound wrapped but the bleeding is only slowed - we could use an escort to the hospital, if anyone is available. [Location]

Anne was attacked while she was out - we're headed to medical now. It's not nearly as bad as it could've been, but she'll need stitches for sure.

Porthos - you're both still fine? I have some crosses in a box upstairs, if you want to put them out. They're said to help.

I know this sounds like a broken record, but it bears repeating - no one should be going out alone, especially after dark. If you're not one of the lucky ones hunting these bastards, stay the hell home until they're caught.

MEDICAL STAFF

That was a suggestion for everyone else, but for you, it's a direct order. We only go out when we have to and when we do have to go out, we use the buddy system and we call for a security escort. No exceptions.

I realize it has been said, but I want to reiterate that everyone stay safe in groups and indoors after dark. We don't want to see you in Medical as anything but a visitor.

I'm sorry to anyone I've crashed into today. And if anyone ever wondered only being able to walk backwards is incredibly difficult and frustrating.

You know, it's been stressful enough. Let's do something fun. I put out some heaters but can't be fucked to do anything else and I'm hosting a grill party on my deck, come on by. Let's just do nothing but grill some meat and veggies.

There's no substitute for restful sleep, but since that's off the fucking menu, may I suggest that I use my powers to dampen your pain receptors while you're on shift? We're too strapped to get by on Red Bull and hope. My abilities won't assist with improving cognitive functions, but it'll take the edge off of stress-related aches and pains and keep you less distracted by the physical consequences of exhaustion.

Let me know. I have no intention of removing anyone's pain that doesn't want it.
