♥ I know what you're thinking... Delilah, why did it take so long for you to pick him? Well, careful lads and ladies-- he's already taken, which should be no surprise to anyone. ♥ He has the blue-est eyes of anyone I've ever seen. They are gorgeous pools that anyone could happily drown in. ♥ He's got what my mother calls 'piano hands'. They're beautiful and graceful, and he's obviously quite clever with them. ♥ He's very charming, and I've never heard him say anything mean to anyone. OH and I guess there's a cookie baking class here at the bakery today, which I just heard about cause it's my first day. But yay cookies?

Uh So. Yeah. Not sure what use I'll be here, but a weird fever dream adventure is better than figuring out college, I guess. They said I could work at the sweet shop, so that's cool. Probably should've asked if I have to finish high school here or if I can just skip that part? If I have to read Julius Caeser again, I might actually cry.

I miss the summer already. School is so boring, especially now that most of my friends have graduated. On the plus side, we've already got a 3-day weekend coming up.

Can I ask you a weird question? (No, that wasn't it.)

I was doing my nightly Pokemon, Go! walk when I decided to grab some ice cream. While waiting in line for said ice cream, I saw a Psyduck appear. I ALWAYS catch a Psyduck (it's a rule), so I immediately went to catch it. Didn't realize it was my turn in line, some guy behind me shouts 'dude!' I stumble forward, drop my phone into another person's tub of ice cream...

So naturally I grabbed my phone, spun around, high tailed it out of there, and now I'm pretty sure I have to put my phone in rice for melting ice cream, I have no Psyduck, and I have no ice cream. ... Worst day ever? Worst day ever.

On the bright side, I did get a Chicken Dinner on PUBG earlier. So there's that.

So back to best day ever.

I got through today without tripping over anything or injuring myself again, so I'm going to assume that whole run was just Atlantis really enjoying Friday the 13th. Bad luck aside, we discovered a hidden treasure, so well done, everyone.

Did you know that there is a whole subculture of Alice in Wonderland fans who want Alice and The Hatter to be a couple? And this existed before that SyFy miniseries came out, too... People who go to the Disney parks just to take pictures of the Alice and Hatter actors. And that's not including the fan art and fiction they write about the two characters.

You can find a lot of weird stuff if you spend enough time on the internet.

Anyway, I was just thinking about that today when we were solving puzzles to escape the Hatter's home. That part was fun, but it definitely brought up some memories of things I could've gone my whole life without seeing. Thank you, internet, for both educating and traumatizing me.

Today is the day of colorful lights and apple pies that taste like freedom. Makes me miss New York a little more.
