Like those from before, the people we saw die are here in Medical. There are still no signs of physical injuries, despite what we saw on the screen, and they all arrived with the same puzzle pieces. We're only keeping them a few hours, but everyone will need to be seen by Psych.

[Character] is in Medical and will be released within a few hours. Visitors will be allowed shortly one at a time for those of you already waiting at the doors, but we don't expect it to be long.

I know this has been rough, especially with Nurse Temple gone, if not in the way we thought it might be. Thank you everyone. Remember to take care of yourselves. If you have a spare moment,I imagine Harley could use some help in reception, as well. Word has gotten out that people can expect to find their lived ones here after a death in the arena.

This year has been a rough one so far, between losses and the fact that we are fighting a war being driven in too close to home, but I think that just makes it more important to hold on to the people you love for as long as you have and never take them for granted. No one is ever promised tomorrow in any life or time. Even the so-called immortal have ways of being killed. That threat of loss is always there, no matter how much we try to forget or deny it. That's why we have to make the most of the time we have.

It's a hard lesson to learn, but it seems Atlantis is as determined to teach it as my own world was.

I know this sounds like a broken record, but it bears repeating - no one should be going out alone, especially after dark. If you're not one of the lucky ones hunting these bastards, stay the hell home until they're caught.

That was a suggestion for everyone else, but for you, it's a direct order. We only go out when we have to and when we do have to go out, we use the buddy system and we call for a security escort. No exceptions.

I'm glad to be back to my old self, but one thing I will remember from my sane self: I do deserve better than him. Screw him.

I haven’t felt like this in a long time. I must say it feels nice, relieving almost. It feels like I can start over and forget about the past, and him. He did so many bad things to me, and I allowed them like a stupid girl who was madly in love. But now that I see things with a different perspective it shows me I can get over all those things and I can get over him.

I don't suppose my planned outfit for the day is out of the question.

Hopefully, this means winter is coming to a close soon.
