I can't believe it's almost New Years!

Time is just going by so fast here. I barely miss home at all anymore. I mean still my mom but I don't think that will ever go away. I'd miss her back in Mystic Falls too.

Anyway! Hope everyone had a good holiday. Even with the mistletoe and paper snowflakes. Which if you ask me were pretty awesome.

I'm quite sure this is not what my superior had meant when she mentioned a new experience. Either way, even though I've been here for a few days I'm not sure what to think of the matter. Never have I had a break lasting more than an hour or two and it's bizarre that my purpose is not being served here. At least I've had time to experiment with the different brands of liquor here to pass time. If anyone would like to try the new drinks I come up with I would be grateful for honesty.

Well, picking up a coin and ending up in a strange place is definitely one of the weirdest things that has ever happened to me. Maybe not the weirdest but it makes top three for sure.
