It's a relief to be me again.

Welcome, to those of you who have just arrived. My name is Sansa Stark. I'm part of the intake team, so if you have any questions, please let me know. I am pleased to assist.

It's been a busy few weeks lately with one thing or another, and when I get busy or stressed I start craving some of the foods my Mama used to cook. Or maybe it was because I thought I was 16 for a day and thought I'd be going home for supper.

Trish Burkle made some of the best brisket you've ever tasted. You can argue yours is better but, sorry to say, you'll be wrong. It's no secret oft love for all foods Mexican, so tonight I'm going to combine the two. Mama's brisket tacos.

Tacos aren't just for Tuesdays.
