[Stephanie comes into their bedroom a little after Eddie's already sitting in bed. It's their first night back together since the Carnage incidents kept them apart while they were working on separate things, and she's clearly
exhausted and so glad to be back at home with him. The pets are all roaming around in the room, and the TV is low in the background. And it's clear that despite both of their bellyaching and questions, they have settled so easily back into their lives in Gotham. It is their
home, after all. As much as they want to fight that fact, it is and always will be their home. No matter what happens, if they have a family or not, who lives there. Gotham is where their hearts lie.
In one of those big ratty shirts he hates and her underwear (because no pants rule is in full-effect
always), she smiles at him, and she walks over to her side of the bed and flops down face-first on top of the duvet and pillows. Her hand wanders to rest on his chest, and she groans into the pillows,
elated to be able to lay in their bed with him in their
own place. Hand rubbing his chest up and down, she says something that gets muffled in the pillow she's smothering herself with.] Dn ver wnna lev bd.
