I don't know what sort of abilities people have in this house, but I saw a man who I think is behind the kidnapping and torture of people like us. He wasn't in the building when I left, and all signs point to him still being out there. He needs to be caught. I want to know what capability we have to track him down.

[Kyle had just gotten Sadie settled, in yet another new house, in yet another new place - and the monster was taking it in stride. Surprisingly better than even Kyle. In Kyle's mind a mansion full of mutants wasn't exactly the stable and calm home life he'd argued he could provide during custody hearings while she was a baby - it would do the trick for now, and the kid was crazy adaptable and he knew without a shadow of a doubt that there was nothing he wouldn't do to keep her safe. And now he could levitate metal. So that was just an added bonus.

With the kid in bed and his own mind calming down just a bit after the recent events at least he was feeling a little safer for the time being. He started down the hall to Gwen's weirdo command central and knocked twice before letting himself in. She was the one stop shop for all things mutant it seemed, and one of these days the Professor X jokes would stop.] Hey professor, got a minute to look away from the computer screens and check out my new magic trick? [That day was not today. And Kyle was levitating a pen. Of course he was.]

I think I have someone who knows something about the bus that took Corvus. How long-range are your new brain-hacking skills?

We have a problem. I checked at the hospital, and Corvus wasn't transferred. No ambulance companies have him charted as a pick-up, no hospitals have him as incoming. Some nurses remember him talking to a doctor, but no one knows who it was. His phone is off the grid, and it has been since minutes after he texted Henry and I. I can't get a plate on the bus off video. All I have is internal hallway footage of his back as he was being rolled out.
