In my childhood, I often spent the week around Halloween tromping through cemeteries with my rather eclectic group of friends. Searching out ghosts, attempting to talk to the spirits of the dearly departed.

I must say I prefer such activities rather than the parties that this place likes to pull us to.

[Thanks to the wonders of technology, the only thing in this entry are several links to pictures in a digital photo album. The pictures are out of focus, hardly done with a practised hand, but the objects in them are more than visible. Photographs of photographs, old ones by the look of it. Laughing teenagers, teenagers in a graveyard in New Orleans, a boy and a girl. The fashions date them from early 80s easily. No writing accompanies the pictures.]
