In my childhood, I often spent the week around Halloween tromping through cemeteries with my rather eclectic group of friends. Searching out ghosts, attempting to talk to the spirits of the dearly departed.

I must say I prefer such activities rather than the parties that this place likes to pull us to.

	I grew up in New Orleans. The city is rich in that sort of stuff, and I think there's a fair amount of it that should be taken seriously. Not so much. Being eaten was not on my list of things to experience before I turned fifty. (Reply to this) (Parent) (Thread)
