Anyway, I'm just a little tired of this week, so I think I'm going to get some air.

All right. When I fell asleep, I did not expect to wake up in an unfamiliar place. I don't have enough time or patience to have a crisis because of this. The paper airplane contraption does seem an annoying way to go about things, but given it is likely the only way to get anyone to notice it, I suppose I can't judge more than that.

Have I come in during a moment of calm or something exponentially less calm?

As of this moment, I have limited medical supplies in my bag and I am in what I believe to be a library. I am attempting to decide what level of concern is necessary. Additionally, is there an Elizabeth Swann here?

I haven't had to use any kind of protection from electro magnetic interference for the last day or so. I guess that means there aren't as many monsters in the area? Is everyone okay?

In a few minutes, you'll hear a lot of noise outside of campus. Explosions. Carol is drawing the monsters to that area, and I'll be scooping them up with my portals and sending them to the moon.

Hopefully this will take care of the problem enough so that we can have some sort of normalcy for the rest of our time here. I can't promise that all the monsters will be removed, and I'm sure more will eventually come to take their place, so I plan on this being an on-going thing.

Please, do not help by trying to draw out the monsters yourself - I only want to focus on the ones that come after Carol's noise.

If you can cast portals to send them away, that's great. But Carol and I are going to be airborne and out of reach to keep from being attacked, so I strongly suggest you leave it up to us.

We're going to be busy for a while, probably for the remainder of the week, so I don't expect us to be in contact very often.

I wasn’t able to give them a proper send off because of noise issues, but I moved the bodies that were right outside of Butler Hall to behind the Old Gym. So you can safely look out your windows without seeing any decapitated and disemboweled heroes carnage. Considering how no one here has any common sense I expect this view to be ruined before the end of the day. Enjoy it while you can. If anyone needs me I’ll be in Nat’s room bed. Look, I know there are definitely way bigger issues to deal with this week, but has anyone else noticed Julia acting off? She's literally never this chipper. It's honestly kind of creepy It's not just me, right?

Real talk, I know Jules doesn't have her shade, but she's acting real fucking weird and I don't like it. It reminds me of some of the stupid shit she got up to before she got it back. You know, like when she committed herbicide with that forest in Fillory.

I've been out exploring in my astral body. For those who don't know, astral projection, in layman's terms, is separating my spirit from my material body and traveling around like a ghost, silent, invisible. For the past couple of days I've been going out further and further and I can tell you right now the situation is pretty bleak. I found some newspapers, and while I couldn't bring them back, I can sum up what I read.

Eighty nine days ago, a large meteorite came toward Earth, breaking apart in the atmosphere. In some places, like Mexico, the impact was likened to that of an atomic bomb. The attacks began immediately afterward, and spread quickly. The United States military tried to take them on, but between the aliens' impenetrable hides, their speed, and their ability to disrupt electric fields, they failed. Evidently, "large" explosions kill them, but the articles I read didn't describe how large.

The aliens have left nothing but slaughter in their wake. I haven't seen any evidence of human life so far. That doesn't mean there aren't any hiding. I've been looking for a place where we might be able to go that is safe, free from the aliens, but they're everywhere, some places having more concentrations than others. I'm still looking, but I can't astral project for extended periods of time without it being a danger to me.

Hate to say it, but considering the wards placed on Butler Hall is effective at keeping the aliens out, our best bet is to wait it out here the best we can until the end of the week.

Can everyone reply here and let me know what kind of supplies they have on hand in the dorm so we know what we're working with for the group? We're going to have to work together until this week ends if we don't want more people to die.

Too many of those creatures means the power flickers. Means the synthetic bodies of Dahj, Data, and I flicker. Too many times, and we may lose power completely. We're lucky we haven't already.
