Hi everyone - just wanted to check in and see how you were all doing. Also see if anyone's in an adventuring kind of mood?

I've been listening around, doing some snooping for anything that may be relevant to our timeline research interests - and it seems like the merchants have a lot of info about various doo-dads that pique my curiosity. I don't have exact details but I've heard rumors about something called the Book of Time, basically a whole bunch of chronomancer knowledge and spells we want to get our hands on. If anyone would be up for tracking this book down, I think it'd really help us.

There's also a ring I heard rumblings about too - it's a ring that allows you to store spells in it to use at any point and since breaking the timeloop is going to require a combo of magic and science/tech (or at least that's been my guess, and the path we're currently on) we're going to need helpful supplies like that too.

So good news about those badges: if you were tagged, you are not automatically switching places with your Shitty Derleth counterpart next week.

Bad news about those badges: it's an all or nothing deal and I think a lot of us have already been tagged. If they tag all of us, next week we'll be waking up in Shitty Derleth.

More bad news about the badges: it's a homebrew spell that uses curse magic. I think they mixed magic from a few different worlds. But making it a curse means there's no way to dispell the magic or get rid of the badge before the reset.

Strange has come up with a way to detect if you've been tagged or not. Please see him and make sure you're not tagged. Don't assume. This is too important.

If your counterpart hasn't attempted to tag you yet, it's probably coming. We don't have Butler's wards to hide behind anymore. Protecting the untagged should probably be our biggest priority.

Secondly, if you're in good shape, I need help moving things around so we have places to rest tonight. I know it's not what we want to be dealing with, but it'll be dark before we know it. If you're willing and able, I will take all the help I can get.

First objective is to account for our people, get them to medical if need be. Second is to salvage what we can and make space in the classrooms.

ETA: Still working on some things, but do not let anyone give you the magical badge if you can help it. If we have magic users who can tell who is branded and who is not, that would be helpful.

Alright, so just as a heads up - Loki met my other self, who was here in my office space, and he's. Uh. He's literally a walking infinity stone because he apparently made himself a Tessaract, bonded with the space stone, and thus has the powers of the stone.

For those who don't know what an infinity stone is, they're magical rocks created when the Big Bang happened - there are six and each is tied to a different aspect of the universe (time, space, reality, etc). I'm not sure how he manages to exist as one without burning up but either he's stronger than I thought or Derleth is somehow also sustaining him. Also probably suppressing the effect/the powers somehow too. But no doubt A. he needs help and B. that research lab over there must be chock-full of good stuff.

I'm going to head over to check it out and see what I can gather for the sake of our research but wanted to let you all know first.

Can you give me some tips or advice on the whole 'there's an infinity stone in me' kinda thing?

I've met with the other version of me and Pikachu. They were due for a void week, and are just as surprised as we are that there's a campus similar to theirs.

As you can tell, their campus is a mess. They don't have warding on their rooms. They have ghosts who can just go right in. They have five monoliths, all of which were buildings we have they no longer do, mostly due to the pink kaiju. I've been promised that the kaiju is currently bound so that it can't harm anyone or anything. It seems that they've been bouncing from one horror type universe to another, rather than the ups and downs we've had. They've been at this for five years. They run on a similar type schedule that we do. One week in the void, one week somewhere else. They have their own network.

The big news though:

They say they have figured out a way to keep the monoliths from harming you. A magical badge of sorts. I will leave it up to you whether you want to take advantage of it. If anyone does, I'd like someone to volunteer for our scientists and magicians to take a look at it. If no one volunteers, then I will and have the magicians and scientists look it over.

Be careful. I'm not sure I fully trust the other me yet, but that's something for a very good therapist one day. The other version of me had a few differences in what happened to her, so they're likely not exactly like ourselves, but more like the AU Derleths we've been to.

Maybe that other campus has serious Resident Evil vibes, but they have way more monoliths over there. My senses are going wild. That can't be good. I mean they probably need some help, right? There's no reason to not try to go see if we can help.

Think I'll head out and say hello to myself. Again. Start working the pity party.

Okay, the second campus is a little creepy.

So a few of us have an idea to find out more information about this place. It involves building something called a Tesla Flexion and it will allow us to talk to someone from another timeline for two minutes.

I'm making this announcement because some of you have been here long enough to know that when we try to fuck with Derleth, Derleth gets fucked. When Rick tried to anchor Derleth on Planet Vegas so we could stay somewhere decent, it didn't work, and the next week some of us woke up in the bodies of ourselves from alternate timelines. That time a bunch of people shrank down an IKEA and stole it so we could have furniture? We woke up different heights the following week. It's worth pointing out each consequence has only lasted the week.

The plan might not work, but Derleth might react regardless. This isn't me asking for permission from every single one of you, this is me giving you a heads up. Figuring shit out is going to require risks. I promise I'll try to make this one worth it.

Natasha Romanoff is our interrogation expert. She'll be feeding Caduceus lines through an earpiece and coaching him on what to say.

Alice Quinn and I will be casting the Tesla Flexion.

Kady Orloff-Diaz is providing the battery we'll need for the extra power and can help Alice and I set it up.

Mobius M. Mobius is our timeline expert and will be there to assist in feeding Natasha questions to Caduceus as needed.

Eliot Waugh, Original Loki and Ben Reilly are our additional science and magical timeline/multiverse experts to assist Mobius in case new information comes up. ETA: Also Rocket. He's worked with Rick before. Say hi.

Hi everyone. I know we're all sort of settling after last week (it was a rough week, but we seem to have a lot of those) and figuring out what's what here besides that it's real damn cold. So I thought I'd take a minute to update on what we managed to do last week with our Derleth timeline research. Three of the magic users here were successful in transferring consciousness to a Derleth counterpart on another timeline - we found out some info as a result of that.

• Control is the government organization who took a vested interest in Derleth and its experiments. There are still remnants of Control on our televisions here, I think, when you turn them on and see some of the - I guess I'll call it propaganda.

• The Derleth visited was pre-explosion which created the Void we all know and love/hate. The network was put together here, and I think some of you got more info about the creation of this network last week as well. It's not necessarily the 'first' Derleth, it's just one on the tree of Derleth's. Mapping out where the branches are on that tree is what I'm trying to do, and we've gotten a lot closer since I was able to pinpoint where actual college campus, pre-explosion Derleth was.

• I set up some equipment to read info about the reset energy and what's happening while we're all asleep and the campus resets. I could use some help sifting through that and since it's very cold and we're hopefully not going far without proper clothes, well, if anyone wants to look things over with me, you're welcome to.

It's still dark out right now, but I don't recommend going out unless you have adequate clothing for snow Pretty intense ice and snow. Well below freezing temperatures. The Green's completely frozen. I would not recommend crossing to any of the other buildings without proper clothing or with a portal/teleportation of sorts. Didn't get a great view in the dark, but one of the squirrels is completely frozen on Butler Hall's front steps.

Tim, it looks like you confirmed that the Monolith is an extension of the Eye from your universe in the new teenager's post. Can you tell us a little more about that? (I'm not sure if this information is true or not, but if you touched the monolith and still have nightmares and feel like you're being studied, he claims the way to fix that is to gouge your own eyes out. I don't recommend that, but I didn't touch it so I have no idea what kind of struggle that is for those who did.

Michael claims there's a point in the reset that he and Janet exploited to get into this Derleth. Fraction of a nanosecond kind of thing. We really could really use Sanchez right about now for this. That was kind of his forte. Where's Stark when you need him He must have found it that one time he tried to pause us in Planet Vegas, or was close enough to cause issues.

Alright, good morning in Void time (time is a lie here - but that's a whole other story). I talked to Wanda about this a little, but just to put it all in one spot: after other discussions about the ongoing studies of the other Derleth's an idea was broached. I've been studying a lot of temporal auras and collecting information from people regarding chronology in general and the Void specifically in the hopes that we can harness the energy around the Derleth timelines to shift things into something resembling stability. Sort of like what the head of the TVA did, just with less, uh. Pruning.

Loki had the idea to drift consciousness to his other Derleth self - apparently this one was a professor at the university and would potentially have a lot of info about the nature of the experiment. I'll let you all work out the astral projecting/magical spell logistics of that, but wanted to throw this message up to begin brainstorming.

I grew a fruit tree in the Green, and I had a thought, if others would like them: Perhaps a new tree each time a loved one is sent away by this place? To honor and remember them. I would have to clear a space if I am to grow more than a few.

Why does it feel like the past week took longer than usual?

This is the first time I've woken up some place strange with my clothes intact, let alone what seems like a backpack full of notes on theoretical dimensional physics. the gun isn't new

But the notes are interesting to say the least with everyone's messages. There are pieces missing, does anyone else have something similar?

Sometimes I feel really sad and I'm not sure why, but then one of my villagers drops by for a visit or reminds me to stop and smell the flowers or chase a butterfly, and I feel better again.
