Kira... everybody... thanks for your concern. I'm alright. Really. It was a little bit between a nightmare and a memory update, and while it was intense at the time, it's okay. This is what? My third update. I know how to handle it. Hell, I've been through worse situations during our weekly outings.

You'll also notice that the Cloak of Levitation also has an updated look. Cloak is doing fine, too.

Uhh... so Stephen just woke up screaming and ran out of the room and I'm not really dressed enough to go after him and anyway he probably doesn't want to talk to a teenage girl so can someone who's friends with him see if he's okay?

Right now it seems like the campus is safe enough and I think it's better for all of us if we keep it that way, so I want to organize patrols to keep the perimeter as secure as we can. With at least some watches through the night to keep us from being surprised until we know exactly how bad the whole zombie situation is and if anything else is waiting to see if we're really bad at this. I know we'll have people out scouting for food and water, but if everybody goes out at once and comes back to find we have a big problem then it's sort of useless.

Let me know here if you want to sign up. I want to set up at least pairs and keep the turns as short as I can so nobody gets too tired and misses something, but I guess it depends on how many people want to help. We can work out weapons when we know who has them and who doesn't, and if you have special training in stealth and survival things then tell me that too. Night time is going to get interesting with no lights and I don't want to send anybody out who doesn't know what they're doing. And no lying - it doesn't hurt me right away if you lie, but it could probably kill you, so. Don't do that.

Hey, it's Keyleth right? A good friend of mine name of Eddie was just telling me that he's really bummed out because his phone lost a battle with a puddle and he thought he wouldn't be able to reach you. I told him no worries and I could pass on a message.

Before I do I just want to say that Eddie's a solid guy. Good hair, musical talent that definitely appeals to someone out there, and he helped stop a swarm of demon bats from killing me one time. Solid guy.

Okay so the message is that he wanted to know if you would be his plus one to the ball. Don't worry, he can't see this so you can be honest.

Every time there's a party, I get hit with a big case of FOMO. If you don't know, it means fear of missing out. Seeing as it's a quiet dayISH, I thought I'd take a moment to ask for any sort of updates for our "This or That." You've seen it as an icon on your Derleth phone, but it needs to be updated from time to time.

Just a reminder: most of us are fighters. This is specifically for things you can do outside of fighting. Can you sew? Do you know how to cook? Garden? Woodwork? Building things? This is what we're looking for so everyone can talk to someone instead of randomly putting out feelings.

BUT I WILL NEED HELP! I have ale, KEGS OF ALE from Irkalla, but we require music. Does anybody know how to DJ? We ought to have snacks, too. And lights?

So I continue to have some kind of healing ability. Anyone else experience this? Is it just me? It makes this world mildly less terrifying.

Meanwhile, I've taken inventory of all the island's various berries for your safe consumption after an earlier incident on the network. You're welcome.

Completely Safe:

Red: Kind of cherry looking, taste is similar.
Blue: Look like a raspberry or blackberry shape, taste is in that vein.
Purple: Sort of shaped like a blueberry but not particularly sweet.
Yellow: Doesn't taste bad, it just doesn't have a comparable flavor.

Just Say No To Drugs:

Dark Purple/Almost Black: Also shaped like a blueberry. These berries are 100% a narcotic. Not sure if it's the healing factor or they're not dangerous but at least this week they're impossible to OD on. So not not safe, but maybe not safe if you're in the middle of nowhere.

White: Somewhere between caffeine and cocaine. Tastes bitter as fuck, dehydrates you worse than alcohol which equals instant headache unless you immediately get some water but does act as a handy antidote to the black narcotic berries.

Anyone not find somewhere safe to wait out the week?
