I got hit in the face by a paper airplane that told me I was on a college campus. This is a fucking boat. How did I get on a boat and for fuck's sake, what am I wearing?

I do not mean to cause any alarm, but it seems those in this land are aware of some of us already, as there are "wanted" posters hung all over the village with some very recognizable faces drawn on them. It also seems this realm is under control of something called the British Crown.
Anyways, I did my best to keep my network device hidden from detection by others, but you should be able to see some of the posters in the attached video.
[video attached - clearly shows a poster for people who look like Julia Wicker, Kady Orloff-Diaz, and Yennefer all wanted for witchcraft, as well as posters of Ethan Chandler, Sylvie, Stephen Strange, Bucky Barnes and others that go by too quickly to be entirely discernible, who are wanted for piracy]

As mentioned before, the school year has begun. To those returning to Saint Dunwich High, welcome, and to new students, welcome back! Our first football game against Dunwich Public High School ought to be a doozy. Go Saints!

Just a friendly reminder to all residents that voting season is just around the corner! Don't forget to register, if you haven't already. You can pick up a first time voter package at the post office or the community center. And don't worry about not being able to make it to your local polls on election day! The city council will be organizing shuttle buses for anyone who needs a ride. And don't forget — school is back in session! Let's be mindful of all the posted speed limits and watch out for little ones on the crosswalks. And be sure to thank all of the hardworking educators for putting in so much work over the summer to make their classrooms so inviting for the new school year! Let's also keep in mind that the freshman university students are arriving this week, so be sure to reach out and give them a warm Dunwich welcome! Most of us can still remember our first time away from home. If anyone wants to donate a few of those prize-winning apple pies (I'm looking at you, ladies of the Baking Club) to the Derleth Freshman Orientation Committee, go ahead and drop them off at my office. My secretary will make sure they get in the right hands. Or the right mouths, as it were! And as always — have a super swell day! SYLVIE: I heard you're the best in the business when it comes to being discreet. If that's true then I'd like to hire you for a job. Welcome to Derleth.
I am so sorry I could not be there to greet you myself, but I trust you'll find your way around soon enough. Most of the students have not yet arrived for the new semester and so I've arranged for [your?] lodging on campus. You'll find a key in your pocket. Just like old times, eh?
Should the experiment go as planned, for one week we will be able to displace time and space itself. I believe with my calculations we will be able to control the effects and no one shall be the wiser. To anyone not directly involved it will be imperceptible.
Feel free to wander the campus in the meantime. We'll begin the experiment at [muffled] Hall, on Thursday, precisely at midnight.
