For the new arrivals: you're in a pocket dimension. We don't know who did it or why, but a good chunk of us have been here for months. Every week, the campus resets to the way it was this morning. Most people fall asleep or go unconscious during the reset and wake up in their rooms. The reset includes you. However you arrived, whatever condition you were in and the clothing you were wearing resets as well. If you're injured, please flag me down. You probably have a key on you somewhere. Look for it. If you don't, let me know and we'll figure out a place for you to stay.

If you're new here, introduce yourself. If you're not, introduce yourself. Let's try to keep it in this one place so people don't get lost.

I'll start. I'm Natasha Romanoff. I'm from a dimension with superheroes, if you know what those are. If you don't, it's people with powers or abilities who used it to protect our planet and the people on it.

Alright, gang of displaced people from different worlds. Tomorrow is the last day in NYC, and I can't let that go without actually making sure everyone samples some classic NYC style pizza. I'm grabbing a shit load of boxes from all over the city (don't worry, I'm paying them, not just stealing) and bringing them back so anyone want to spend their last night having a giant pizza party, you're more than welcome to.

At the risk of tempting Derleth's wrath (or sense of irony), I'd like to take this moment of down time to suggest something. It's come to my attention that there's a lot of people who don't know where to go when in need of various skills. Magical healers, doctors, wizards/magicians/sorcerers, people who can sew or cook, etc.

Basically, I'd like to organize those of you who would want to volunteer your skills to the other Derleth residents. You don't have to volunteer if you're not comfortable with people knowing what you can do, but for those of us who would, I'd like to give them a place.

Then maybe the Welcoming Committee could add this to their note, and we could add it as a pinned sort of post on the network so that it's there when you need it.

If you're interested, let me know what skills you're offering.

I can tell that the person(s) who wrote the paper airplane meant it to be calming, but it came across a lot more like "You may as well accept your fate" which is something I am really not capable of doing. Especially not when the sky looks like THAT and I was just in LA in my brand new PI digs. Someone called the Dutch Oven was threatening the WCA.

I'd like to start off by saying this is not me volunteering, but.

We have teenagers, people who have limited experience with their powers, perhaps a few people interested in continuing an education they never received on their own worlds.

Who's interested in teaching something? Anything. I don't care. It could be self-defense, art, accounting, whatever it is you think might be a useful skill to impart.

I'm already working with someone helping them explore their abilities and I'd be willing to continue helping others in that arena, so who else wants to teach so it's not just me when we get back to campus?

Assuming we're not being chased by zombies or whatever.

I'm not one for speeches, which is fine by me since I'm not really great at giving them. Took some hits today in the form of residents. It appears that Dan Torrance is not waking up, kind of like how Barnes did a while ago. If any of you doctors want to make sure he's physically fine, I'd appreciate it. If any magicians want to see if there's something they can do, I think that'd be good.

There seems to be enough stores to last us the week, assuming that refrigeration isn't an issue. There's not much in the way of meds, but I know some of you are used to less than more.

Keep an eye out for land. If you see any, alert us ASAP. I'd like to send fliers in that direction to see if we can get off this ship.

Just before sunset of day 7, Wanda's going to practice her reality warping powers with what she's learned from the book and create a living thing - a plant in the Green, just to see if she can and if it can remain following a reset.

Conveniently enough, I just came into a bunch of champagne. I know that's not the strongest thing but hey - we should celebrate a calm past few days, right?

I think my favorite part of Derleth so far is that the criteria for committing a party foul is so selectively narrow that I braced for the worst, and, to date, the worst has been Doc Strange trying to give us all a lesson on shipping nomenclature. No offense, DS. I know you tried.

So, that's it, then? I'm finally in a place where the free passes are given without question?

Like everything here, we have no idea what those consequences are. I've looked at it. I could not find any cracks or doors or anything to suggest there's a way in. I'd prefer that we don't push it.

I'm going to block off the area with tape. If you go under or around it, the consequences are yours to deal with. We're in the void where we have limited supplies, limited doctors and healers, so please think of that before you do anything.
