My name's Poppet. I'm looking to learn self-defense, if anyone who's arrived this week has experience in teaching any methods. (I know some classes have already been planned that I would like to attend.)

I would also love book recommendations.

There's lasagne in the kitchen. Probably enough for thirty or forty people, so best if those who can cook for themselves leave it for people who can't.
