I want off this ride. Why is it that in every universe I'm an outcast?

I am definitely glad to be able to remember medicine again. I know we 'rest' which is something I'm still getting used to but does anyone need medical attention?

I ate so much ice cream last week that I don't want to have any for a while, which is a damn shame.
