Okay, the second campus is a little creepy.

We are not in a VR construct, but on a former campus called Derleth, every week's got some other shit for us to go through until it resets, nobody knows why we're here, we're currently on an ice planet called Hoth, and judging from certain gaps in conversation, someone probably has something planned that in the long run will allow us to leave.

What am I missing?

So given everything that's happened I guess I should share what I know about the network.

• Months ago, the first time we visited an alternate timeline, I learned the version of me there basically created the network. I could mention Tilly but let's keep this short and sweet. I was ambitious, and I had a few potential government contracts lined up for an unhackable network.
  
  
• In order to make the network unhackable, I laced magic in the coding. I don't remember the spell, I can remember some details about the book, but that book isn't here. To test it, I opened it up as a beta to Derleth students and faculty. I challenged people to try to hack it, try to break into other people's messages, my messages, whatever.
  
  
• It worked. But I think the magic she/I used is also what's bringing us here, why the same people show back up again even when they disappear. If you're here, a version of you was also on that Derleth and signed up for the beta. Michael appeared to confirm this last week.

So now you know. You want a piece of me, I'm still in the clinic.

Okay, so this week isn't exactly Disney week either, but the campus is here and we all seem to be in tact for the most part. Can I get a check in, and if you've noticed anything different about yourself?

I'm a vampire this week, it seems, and as Julia mentioned, we are likely to need blood so we don't randomly attack people. There are werewolves here as well, and I know most of them will want to find somewhere safe to keep themselves for the full moon. Assuming this world works that way.

There are still others who don't remember who they are. If you know any of your friends who aren't themselves, let us know so we can make sure they don't do anything they'll regret next week.

For the new arrivals: you're in a pocket dimension. We don't know who did it or why, but a good chunk of us have been here for months. Every week, the campus resets to the way it was this morning. Most people fall asleep or go unconscious during the reset and wake up in their rooms. The reset includes you. However you arrived, whatever condition you were in and the clothing you were wearing resets as well. If you're injured, please flag me down. You probably have a key on you somewhere. Look for it. If you don't, let me know and we'll figure out a place for you to stay.

If you're new here, introduce yourself. If you're not, introduce yourself. Let's try to keep it in this one place so people don't get lost.

I'll start. I'm Natasha Romanoff. I'm from a dimension with superheroes, if you know what those are. If you don't, it's people with powers or abilities who used it to protect our planet and the people on it.

At the risk of tempting Derleth's wrath (or sense of irony), I'd like to take this moment of down time to suggest something. It's come to my attention that there's a lot of people who don't know where to go when in need of various skills. Magical healers, doctors, wizards/magicians/sorcerers, people who can sew or cook, etc.

Basically, I'd like to organize those of you who would want to volunteer your skills to the other Derleth residents. You don't have to volunteer if you're not comfortable with people knowing what you can do, but for those of us who would, I'd like to give them a place.

Then maybe the Welcoming Committee could add this to their note, and we could add it as a pinned sort of post on the network so that it's there when you need it.

So, in case you missed the memo, The Derleth sank.

Most of us have, somewhat miraculously, washed up on an island none of us even saw from the battle at sea. We're still figuring out the logistics of the little things people need; food, shelter, fresh water. At least it's only two more days.

Some of us are missing. Check in here if you'd like to let the others know you're okay or inquire about the status of someone you haven't seen recently.

No, none of us knows that this means for the reset. The closest the campus came to being completely demolished was about half, and that was months ago. One of the dorms never came back and was later replaced with a black monolith. But new arrivals appear to be showing up on the island with us so...

Maybe that's a good sign? Fuck if I know.

Any of you still out there, watch out. The people that attacked us knew our capabilities and were prepared to counteract them accordingly.

God, I missed the ocean. Would have preferred more modern accommodations though, sailing in this time period was not hygienic.

I must admit, it has taken me more than a few days to adjust to finding myself here, which I am certain is a common thread among most everyone that has arrived, yes?

Anyways, I am finding myself a bit restless at the moment. Suggestions of how to pass the time? I have seen some inquire about sparring partners, which I would be interested in, though I'm not sure I am equipped to spar with anyone that doesn't have some sort of advanced strength.

Portmanteau. You probably don't know the word, but you know what it means. It's when you put two names of people, or two words associated with those people, and put them together to indicate a relationship (ship, for short).

Earlier today I've been told the name of the ship between Loki and myself. It's stupid. FrostStrange does not really encapsulate Loki's nature. So I've Loki and I have come up with our own.
