Away from the windows hunker down in a flash,
Slam close the shutters and do nothing rash.
The moon on the breast of the new-fallen snow
Gave the lustre of danger to the woods below,
When, what to my terrified eyes should appear,
With the howls of the damned, beasts giant and queer,
With razor claws, sharp teeth, so lively and quick,
I knew in a moment it wasn't some trick.
More rapid than eagles forming packs they came,
And worse, at one point, they were all known by name;
"There's, Yenna! and, Ikol! and, Kady and Quentin!
Go, Richie! off, Tilly! there's Stephen and Guerin!
All over the campus, some climbing the walls!
Please dash away! dash away! dash away all!"

There's the talk of just letting everyone run wild, so if putting stashes of clothes around before moonrise needs to be a thing, I'm super good at that.

Hey. I haven't seen you around. Not since last night. God, I hope you're alright. Please tell me you're not dead, too.
Listen, I'm really, really sorry for what I did. Shooting Stevie, getting you. I fucked up, big time. It's not something I'd usually do.
You must've knocked some sense in me, because I have my real memories back. I've been spending the day with Richie, helping him recover, and basically looking around the campus at everything before the reset happens. Richie's gone werewolf again, and I'm holed up in your room still.
Write back as soon as you can. Please.

So, this fucking sucks. This sucks more than some big wig on the prince's council getting killed and getting woken up from deep sleep because I am a fucking seer.
So let's unsuck this.
I don't know about anyone else, but my adoptive parents were pretty keen on Christmas. And this place looks almost ready for us to have a festive day.
I didn't see turkeys or leg of ham, but I did sniff around in the kitchen a little, and there's enough to make a solid meal out of it. The rooms are filled with silly stuff that only college students would leave behind at the end of the year, and god knows what the teachers squirreled away before all of this happened.
We can make a hunt out of it, toilet paper the cafeteria, board up the windows, and be finished by the time everyone needs to wolf out tomorrow night. As for Santa, we'll just cover someone in cotton wool and a pillow.
And we can do it properly next week.
