Suppose this was one way to get that break from grading assessments. Might I have a word with someone of the "Welcome Committee"? The letter was proper well done and all but I do have a few more questions.

First thing, the elevator doesn't work. It just stopped. I don't know what happened, and hopefully someone can get that fixed soon? But I had to take the stairs and went past the second and third floors, which leads me to "second thing".

There are people on those floors. I don't think they're alive, because I can hear them when I could never hear anything like this before. No actual words I can make out, just a lot of whispering and hissing, and let's just say that the vibe was not a very good one, and therefore, I didn't step up to any actual closed doors to see what was really being said.

So that being said, the idea to try to get into those rooms? Let's not do that, please?

Now, I need to try and figure out a way to block these because it's like a perpetual anxiety-inducing white noise machine.
