[Spawn]Hey. So. Freddie wanted to buy a new house, so we put an offer down on one in Tumbledown and it was accepted. Harry, I figured if you want to keep the current house and invite some roommates, make it your own place or whatever, that would be cool and preferable. I don't plan on getting rid of it. Either way it'll still exist there and you kids can use it whenever you want. Unless Harry does want it and then you'll have to ask him to use it or whatever.
