I've heard the talk on the streets, and as someone who double majored in vocal performance it's no secret that the arts are near to my heart. If you haven't bought tickets to see Into The Woods yet there are ongoing performances though the weekend. I still find it suspicious the fine arts programs weren't touched since they're historically the first to be cut, but your patronage can only help draw in any revenue they might need moving forward.

Just don't hound the stage doors. Some of us have things to do after the performances and it's a fire hazard.

I've thought it over and talked to someone I know who is in possession of an artifact, and after all of that I have only a few questions remaining before I feel comfortable with my answer.

I was Registered against my will when I was a minor, and as a result I'm a little sensitive to my personal information being given away. This feeling has grown since my sister and friends were kidnapped, so I want to ensure that the knowledge that whoever possesses the hair or any object is kept confidential. Are there any intentions for this knowledge to become public record in the form of something among the lines of the Registry, or is the list heavily protected somewhere within Regulatory Affairs?

I understand that you can't answer for any events in the far future.

It's a pity we only a day internationally dedicated to celebrating women.

The average American only takes between 5,000-7,000 steps a day, which equates to roughly three miles, and the ideal goal is 10,000 steps (five miles) a day. Obviously this varies because of stride length, but when you compare that number to places like Switzerland and Japan - at an average of 9,650 and 7,168 respectively - it's pretty disheartening even if their cultures are more encouraging and conducive with walking and exercise.

Harvard Health published a great article about this if anyone's interested. I'm going to be setting a goal of 15,000 steps a day, and people are welcome to join me in the challenge if they'd like. It's also a good escuse to use the FitBit you got for Christmas that's still sitting in its box or the Class Pass you bought off Groupon around New Years for your Resolution.

Cheesecake should not be left out at room temperature for an entire morning, so I took the liberty of throwing it out at lunchtime to prevent poisoning the Business Office. Cheesecake is a custard and falls under USDA rules for potentially hazardous foods, which means that it shouldn't sit out no longer than two hours at above forty degrees Fahrenheit.

To whoever made it, I washed your pan and left it on the counter next to the Keurig. Also, you might want to consider this recipe the next time you make it. You'll hardly notice the difference and your health will thank you.

It's official. I just sent in my deposit to secure my defferal place in Columbia Business School's MBA class of 2019. In the meantime, I'll be interning with the Registry at the Business Office staring on Monday.
