While I am pleased to see another wave of objects returned to their rightful Tales, I find that this coupled with recent events in town further strengthens my stance on Registration. I understand that people have hesitations about their Tales being made public knowledge and would not want to force anyone to Register against their will, but I feel that having a list of Tales on file accessible only to the appropriate people - the Business Office and Woodsbridge Police, for example - could potentially be a way to meet in the middle with these particular stances.

I took a few minutes over lunch today to check out the deals Amazon Baby is running for Cyber Monday, and I have to confess that I feel a little behind on the times and struggled to find something that wasn't an electronic appliance. For example, I remember bouncing Haley in her rocker when she was little, but apparently now the mamaRoo will do that (and more!) for me.

[...] But it is awfully cute and comes with interchangeable seat inserts to match the decor and for easy cleaning.

While most of us have plenty to be grateful for this Thanksgiving, there are some less fortunate people than us who could benefit from the season of giving. As is tradition, I will be helping serve Thanksgiving at the soup kitchen Thursday morning and I'd like to extend the invitation to everyone here. Donations are also appreciated if waking up early and missing the parade isn't your thing.

Flu shots are now available for your children at the clinic. I strongly recommend protecting your family this season as the flu can far too often prove deadly in the young and elderly.

In other news, personally speaking I'm glad the artifacts that were stolen were only decoys. Knowing those deadly objects aren't accounted for makes me sleep a little easier knowing they aren't in the wrong hands. Thank you to everyone who is looking into both the robbery and security measures around the actual artifacts themselves.
